Fossil was the first watch i bought when i was in 8th grade for the dance and graduation. I convinced the rep to give us a deal buy 1 get one free, so i got two different fossils one for the dance and another for the graduation. They didn't hold up too well. The minute and second hand came off the post, I was always riding motorcycles so they just didn't hold up well. I still got em sitting somewhere in storage or possibly just one.. do I like fossil? It has a place, and that place is on a childs wrist lol

Love em or hate em, Jacob and Co. are filling a niche. They spare no expense when they come up with and build new “designs”. The astronomias are fish tanks, no doubt, but they are still extremely interesting to look at. As far as the movements they use. I havent seen anything like the movements they have in the bugatti watches or the astronomias. To be fair, he was a jewelry designer first so yes they lean more into flash than function. They have an eye for flash. Even if i had the money, id never buy one, but they do have a system that works for them.

For a car like this, less than 4K/month is pretty good. In a more reasonable spec, this could easily be 100K down and 3K/month. Totally acceptable for what it is and for Ferrari's 7 year warranty. It's sad that they stopped production before I had a chance to spec mine. But so many have been built and sold around the world that eventually there will be a perfect spec for everyone, and probably at half the price.

I would never spec external lower carbon. It looks tacky and will take damage all the time anyway. Better to use matte black plastic and replace it every few years than to have to replace the PPF all the time.
